Insurance Information

In-Network Coverage

I am considered an “In-Network Provider” for Aetna insurance clients who reside in Florida, New York, or Wisconsin.

*If this applies to you, I can help you with getting more specific information about your coverage.

*If this does not apply to you, there are still other options to explore regarding the possibility of receiving reimbursements from your insurance provider. Please refer to the next section (“Out-of-Network” coverage).

Out-of-Network Reimbursements

I am considered anOut-of-Network Provider” for all other insurance companies that are not listed above. This means that I do not accept insurance as payment for sessions, and you would be responsible for paying the full session fee at the time of each session. However, if you have insurance that has “out-of-network” benefits, you may be eligible for at least partial reimbursement of the session fees that you’ve paid. I would provide you with a monthly invoice (referred to as a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company as part of a claim.

I am considered an Out-of-Network provider for most insurance companies, which means I do not accept insurance as payment. This means you would be responsible for full payment at the time of each session. Payments are collected through a secure/HIPAA-compliant payment app called Ivy Pay. Ivy Pay accepts all major credit/debit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards. Prior to our first appointment, you will receive a text message from Ivy Pay in order to securely enter your payment information.
